Pros & Cons
Pros & Cons
- Lightweight, supple and durable, this latex inner tube is an ideal alternative to tubeless riding.
- The inner tube's suppleness reinforces the tyre's properties for less rolling resistance and more grip.
- This inner tube is compatible with both 29 inch and 28 inch tyres with widths between 1.70 and 2.30 inch.
- Latex inner tubes lose around 0.5 to 1 bar (7 to 14 psi) of air per day, so you will need to reinflate them relatively often.

Valves come loose the first time they are inflated
Unfortunately, not good. With two brand-new, out-of-the-box Vittoria latex MTB inner tubes, the valve came loose as soon as I’d pumped them up to 1.5 bar. Perhaps it was just bad luck, or had these inner tubes been sitting in stock at Mantel for a long time? I think I’ll go back to tubeless after all.

rare puncture, easy repair, quick and clean.
I fit them in 29x2.6 tyres with kevlar anti-puncture strips without any problems, pressure 2kg max.to be changed every 2 years.can be repaired like butyl.cleaner than tubuless.

faithful to latex inner tubes for mountain biking
I've been using latex inner tubes on my mountain bikes for several years now, despite the democratisation of tubeless tyres. I like this model, where the shell can be removed to put a little preventive fluid inside.

The inner tube topper for mountain bikes
Inner tube stays well pressurised. Lifetime about a year. Has the advantages of tubeless, without the disadvantages. The valve is slippery, you have to hold the head of your bicycle pump by the valve yourself, otherwise it will slide off the valve when you start pumping. By the way, is no reason not to buy the tyre.

Good puncture resistance
Cut in 26'' for a 29'' wheel good puncture resistance (point, thorns) and lightness
